Karcher's partnership with farmers goesback decades - there is an iconic black andwhite image of a farmer cleaning his tractor with one of the first Karcher hot water pressure washers - and as the years have passed the requirement for cleanliness and food hygiene has become increasingly important.Against a backdrop of rising costs and catastrophic weather, farmers nowadays have had to adapt to continue to thrive. The organisation recendy supported the Western Daily Press Food and Farming Awards' 'Best Farmer' category, which is about recognisingexemplary farmers who've risen to the challenges of today's tough farming market.On presenting John Thatcher of Thatchers Cider their award, Colin said: "We were thrilled to present this award to a company that puts local produce and farming at the heart of its business."
