Spectral Analysis of Hadamard Transform Coding

摘要

Spectrum analysis for Hadamard transform coding is presented but it can be extended for other orthogonal transforms also. The results obtained by spectrum analysis of Hadamard transform coding have been compared with those obtained experimentally.
