NA;Tchyphen;99m disofenin imaging was performed in a 79hyphen;yearold man who had abdominal pain. The biliary scan findings were normal, but a large collection of radioisotope within the midabdomen was visible on the initial image, suggesting an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Subsequent computed tomographic lpar;CTrpar; imaging and an aortogram revealed a 5.8 times; 5.0 cm infrarenal aortic aneurysm.
