摘要

A quantum well resonant cavity structure is modelled using energy balance considerations by computing the Poynting vectors across the absorbing region. We have examined the dependence of the quantum efficiency (η) and the bandwidth (BW) on the position of the wells, the cavityQ, and the number of wells. The model includes standing wave effects. Experimental results corroborate the model
