Rajan, Col-Chairman, FAI; distinguished delegates; Honoured Guests; Representatives of Print and Electronic Media; Ladies and Gentlemen; I welcome you all on behalf of FAI to our 46th Annual Seminar 2010. Last time, we met in Hyderabad and now we are back in Delhi. One of the reasons for holding our Annual Seminar at this time in Delhi is to align it back to back with other two important international events. The first is the meeting of the IFA Enlarged Council which is being held in Delhi from 2nd December to 4th December, 2010. From 3rd December, 2010, India again hosts International Nitrogen Conference in this very Hotel. 1
