The use of wagon tipplers and dumpers to unload bulk materials from open-top railcars around the world is well known and understood. Equipment suppliers in Europe, India, the US and China offer a wide variety of different designs for different applications from high-throughput unit train systems operating at many thousands of tonnes per hour in large export terminals to random wagon systems operating at lower discharge rates in power plants, smaller process plants and ports.
