Development of aqua-soluble compounds based on vitamin A series molecules: synthetic transformation OF beta-ionone

摘要

Several Compounds bearing hydrophilic moieties like a carbohydrate, amine, phosphate and amino acid have been prepared and characterized. The solubilisation behavior of these compounds has been examined by studying their UV-ViS absorption behavior in micelles.
