Synthesis of some antibacterial compounds from 4-hydroxycoumarin

摘要

Synthesis of some antibacterial heterocycles incorporating isoxazoles,pyrimidines and 1,5-benzothiazepine in a parent 4-hydroxycoumarin molecue which may enhance the biological properties of these molecules.The structures of the new chemical entities have been confirmed on the basis of spectral and analytical data and are tested in vitro for their antibacterial activities.
