Bisazaheterocycles: Part VII-Synthesis of novel bisquinazolinonyl #beta#-lactams

摘要

The synthesis of bisquinazolinonyl #beta#-lactams as probes for multi-receptor sites is reported. Earlier, were ported a facile synthesis of 4-heteryl #beta#-lactams from 2-chloromethyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-3H-quinazoline. its extension to bis-#beta#-lactams as probes for multi-receptor sites of the lactam ring is reported herein.
