Activated nitriles in heterocyclic chemistry:Facile synthesis and antimicrobial activity of some pyrimidine,pyrazolopyrimidine and pyrazolotriazine derivatives containing sulfonamido moiety

摘要

Novel pyrimidine,pyrazolopyrimidine and pyrazolotriazine derivatives containing sulfonyl moiety have been prepared using 4-(piperidin-l-sulfonyl)phenyl hydrazone 2 as a starting material.The antimicrobial activity of the prepared compounds is discussed and some of them are found to be active.
