摘要

4-O-(-p-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-4,6-diaryl-tetrahydropyrimidi-ne-2-thiones have been synthesized by the reaction of equimolar amounts of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-a-D-glycosyl bromide-1 via its potassium salt of 4'-hydroxy-4,6-diaryl-tetrahydropyrimidine-2-thione followed by catalytic deacetylation with CH_3ONa in methanol.Products are characterized by FT-IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,FAB-MS,optical activity,elemental an alysis and chemical properties.
