Construction of a New Glass of Common Key Cryptosystems

We present applications of various Public Key Cryptosystem (PKC)s for constructing a new class of Common Key Cryptosystem (CKC). Our scheme would yield a breakthrough in a sense that our scheme uses a common key besides a secret key.
