POLICIES FOR PRICING AND CONCESSION on various fertiliser products have been in the melting pot for quite some time.Absence of a clear-cut long-term policy seriously affects business decisions of the industry.Needless to mention that fertiliser production has stagnated and no major investment has taken place for creation of additional fertiliser capacities in the country for more than a decade.
