Fertiliser Industry Orientation Programme

FAI organized the 16th "Fertiliser Industry Orientation Programme" during June 08-10, 2016 at FAI-New Delhi. The three - day programme was inaugurated by Mr. Satish Chander, Director General, FAI. Dr. S. Nand, DDG, FAI was also present. The programme was attended by 35 participants from 10 fertiliser units. Mr. Satish Chander, Director General in his inaugural address informed that this programme aims to expose the new entrants to all the functional areas of this multi-faceted sector in simplest form. For in depth information, FAI organizes specialized programmes every year in the areas of production, marketing, agriculture, IT, and policy. FAI also brings out a number of publications related to fertilisers such as Fertiliser Statistics, Fertiliser (Control) Order , Indian Journal of fertilisers and other ad-hoc publications.
