FAI-Southern Region organized seminar on Sustainable Food and Agriculture - Role of Fertiliser Policy at Bangalore on 17th September 2016. Dr. G.T. Puthra, Joint Director of Agriculture (Fertilisers), Department of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka inaugurated the seminar. Dr. N.R. Gangadharappa, Director of Research, University of Agricultural Sciences, Hebbal, Bangalore was the guest of honour. Sixty-five delegates representing senior officials from fertiliser industry, Department of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka, Scientists from Agricultural University, ICAR and international institutions attended the seminar.
