Nature of the Award: Rs.50, 000/-, Gold Medal and Citation. Purpose of the Award: To create incentive for high quality research amongst scientists in India in the field of "Nutrient Management in Vegetable Crops". Eligibility of the Award: All research scientists working in India are eligible for the award. The assessment shall be based on their published research work during the past 10 years preceding the year of the award.
