Fai-ipi training programme on 'fertigation'

The Fertiliser Association of India in collaboration with the International Potash Institute,Switzerland organised a two days training programme on "Fertigation" at Vadodara during 17-18,March,2005.Mr.A.K.Luke,IAS,Managing Director,GSFC and GNFC inaugurated the programme,while Mr.B.K.Saha,Director General,FAI presided over the inaugural session.Dr.Patricia Imas,India Coordinator,IPI was the Guest of Honour for the inaugural session.About 55 participants comprising of progressive farmers,dealers/co-operative sales personnel as well as officials from the fertiliser,micro-irrigation industry and the state Deptt.of Agriculture attended the programme.
