US Gulf coast refning margins fell to their lowest level in more than fve months last week because of lower gasoline and distillate prices. Prompt valuations for 87 conventional gasoline at the US Gulf coast fell by more than 15¢/USG over the last week, reaching $1.66/USG, their weakest level since 20 October. Ultra-low sulphur diesel (ULSD) in the region was down as well, outpacing losses in LLS crude in weekly comparison.
