Mixed cropping principle is heavily practised at the plantation with Coffee, Pepper, Areca Nut, and Timber. The Company was first established as a Tea estate having taken it over from the British run Brooke Bond (the same superstructure of the Tea Factory can still be seen today) and has gradually expanded to become one of the finest specialty coffee producers.
