Journey into Coffe Land - My First Impressions

When one enters the district a big billboard very aptly says -'Welcome to Chickmagalur, The Land of Coffee'. I have visited Chickmagalur three times and each visit has been more fruitful than the previous one.The first time I visited, the monsoon season was in full swing. The lush green stretch of undulating hills and plantations soaked in the monsoon rains were breathtaking. The fragrance from the moist earth made one want to inhale more and more.
