摘要

In the present paper, the roasting of soda ash and rosetta ilmenite ore concentrate briquette in the temperature range of 700-900°C was investigated and the kinetics of formation of sodium titanate was studied. The kinetics of roasting of ilmenite with (35%) soda ash briquettes showed that the reaction is diffusion-controlled and the energy of activation is 135 kJ/mol.
