This proceedings includes the presidential address, two keynote papers, and summaries of the three group discussions at the 66th annual conference of the Indian Society of Agricultural Economics. The topics of the discussions include: the status and prospects of agricultural development in northeastern India; food security concerns; and rural infrastructure and growth.
