Transpiration from excised leaves ofAnthephra pubescensNees was enhanced by 1 and 10 mmol m-3kinetin. Stomatal opening in isolated epidermal strips ofA. pubescensunder CO2-free air and in the absence of K+was enhanced by 10 mmol m-3kinetin.
