Anterior mediastinal masses with calcifications on CT in children with histiocytosis-X (Langerhans cell histiocytosis)

We report two cases of histiocytosis-X (Langerhans cell histiocytosis) in infants with an anterior mediastinal mass containing punctate calcifications on CT.
