摘要

We describe the synthesis and lithium-ion conductivity of new perovskite-related oxides of the formulas, LiCa_(1centre dot65)square_(0.35)Ti_(0 centre dot35)B_(1 centre dot7)O_9(B=Nb, Ta)(I, II), LiSr_2Ti_(2 centre dot5)W_(0 centre dot5)O_9(III)and LiSr_(1 centre dot65)square_(0 centre dot35W_(0 centre dot85)O_(9)(IV).Oxides I and II crystallize in orthorhombic (GdFeO_3-type) structure, while oxides III and IV possess cubic symmetry. All of them exhibit significant lithium-ion conduction at high temperatures, the highest conductivity of ~ 10~(-2)S/cm at 800 deg C among the oxides is exhibited by composition IV. The results are discussed in the light of previous work on lithium-ion conducting perovskite oxides containing d~o cations
