Temperaturehyphen;dependent ferroelectric hysteresis study in polyvinylidene fluoride

摘要

An experimental study of temperaturehyphen;dependent ferroelectric hysteresis phenomena of polyvinylidene fluoride is presented. The temperature dependence of the remanent polarization and coercive field was measured from saturated ferroelectric hysteresis curves with a temperature range 60ndash;130thinsp;deg;C. These data were then compared to a twohyphen;site and sixhyphen;site ferroelectric switching model.
