Notes on a new fundamental scheme K(V)Scheme for constructing secure product-sum PKC, K(V)∑IIPKC and multivariate PKC, K(V)MVPKC

In this paper we discuss on a fundamental scheme, K(V)Scheme, formerly presented by the author 1,2. We show that K(V)Scheme is very useful for constructing secure ∑IIPKCs and secure MVPKCs. This paper is expected to present an effective solution for PQC.
