摘要

A method of electrostatic deposition of nanoparticles of phthalocyanines in various crystallographic modifications and of phthalocyanine-fullerene complexes onto a conductive substrate is proposed and studied. It is shown that it is possible to obtain thin homogeneous layers of nanoparticles and semiconductor structures based on them, the conditions for depositing the layers are chosen, and their volt-amp responses are studied in order to use the resulting volume heterojunction for creating organic solar cells.
