When you consider training for your employees, you tend to evaluate the problems you see with reason and logic. You may assume that just as you wish to address these issues, your employees are motivated to address them as well. The truth may be very different. Now, you may assume that your data was wrong, your logic was inappropriate or your powers of persuasion were lacking. Worse, you may simply blame the employee for an inability to learn and move on to the next poorly trained employee.
