In Mobile IP, registration of care-of address is one of the important problems. To solve this problem fundamentally, we proposed a Mobile IP location registration area control method, which registers a group of some FAs as a location registration area, and we studied a specific method to detect location registration areas autonomously by each FA. In this paper, we extend a required technology to rezlize a proposed method and propose a new autonomous neighbor cells' IP addresses estimation method, which can estimate with high accuracy on the condition that MN's motion direction have a deviation.
