Development of Closed Cycle Refrigerator Based Cryopump

摘要

Design of a cryopump based on an indigenously developed closed cycle refrigerator is discussed. This cryopump was built and its performance was tested for more than 2,000 hrs. The performance tests with results are presented. Recommended practices were followed for testing the performance.
