Modehyphen;locked GaAs vertical cavity surface emitting lasers

摘要

The first modehyphen;locked GaAs vertical cavity surface emitting laser is reported. Pulses of 324 fs pulsewidth with 64 W peak power were generated by compressing the output from the modehyphen;locked laser.
