Feynman path integral in area tensor Regge calculus and positivity

The versions of quantum measure in the area tensor Regge calculus constructed in the previous paper are studied on the simplest configurations of the system. These are found to be positively defined in the Euclidean case on physical surface corresponding to the ordinary Regge calculus (but not outside this surface), that is, adopt probabilistic interpretation. (Since Euclidean measure is defined via analytical continuation, positivity is not evident property.) An argument for positivity on physical surface on general configurations of area tensor Regge calculus is given. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
