The relativistic two-dimensional harmonic oscillator

The two-dimensional relativistic configurational r'-space is proposedand the exactly solvable finite-difference model of the harmonic oscillator in thisspace is constructed. The wave functions of the stationary states and the corre-sponding energy spectrum are found for the model under consideration. It is shownthat they have a correct non-relativistic limit. An explicit form of the plane mo-mentum operator is determined.
