China's Finished Steel Market to improve in 2000

China's finished steel demand and supply in 2000 will improve with the slide in most finished steel process halted and some finished steel prices rallying, according to the State Bureau of Metallurgical Industry.The SBMI predicts that domestic demand for finished steel in 2000 will strength as China is expected to maintain a GDP growth of no less than 7 percent as a result of a new round of domestic economic growth fueled by renewed capital injection from the state.
