To name or not to name?

The construction act gives disputants under a construction contract the right to go to adjudication. However, it does not tell you how the adjudicator is to be appointed or selected. This is left to the parties to arrange in their own contracts or the Scheme for Construction Contracts (which applies where the contract does not comply with the legislation).
