It is difficult to detect weak target echoes superimposed with the time sidelobe of the ground surface reflection in the subsurface radar using continuous wave. However filtering methods can reduce the time sidelobe level, it causes the reduction of the resolution. In this paper, we propose a reduction method of the time sidelobe by subtracting the interpolated signal of the power spectrum. It is experimentally demonstrated that deep information can be obtained by our method without any limitation of the bandwidth such as filtering.
