Static electricity is subject to electrokinetics with non-metalic and low conductive medium, and is not subject to electrostatics. This difinition order ESD preventive maintenance to keep accurately 4 items as below. (1) No one can use the assumption of charge density and conductivity is constant at the same time (2) Electrostatic resistance of test piece must be measured by uniform field strength (3) Dynamic and Static character must be recorded in ESD (4) It is need to measure the minimum break down potential and charge quantity of ESD on ESD classification of IC or ignition energy.
