Building hydraulic power units

摘要

Power Hydraulik has turned to Eaton's hydraulics business for an ambitious project in the oil and gas sector. Based in Verona, Italy, this manufacturer of hydraulic plant and systems enlisted Eaton's support in the selection of the proportional and directional valves that were essential for the construction of three advanced hydraulic power units (HPUs). Developed on behalf of Saipem (part of the ENI group and also based in Italy), these power units have been designed to contribute to powering machinery that will lay methane gas pipes at the bottom of the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.
