Faraday rotation in the presence of a constant gradient torsion potential

By considering the coupled equations of electromagnetism and pseudo-scalar torsion we demonstrate how the Faraday rotation is affected by pseudo-scalar torsion with a constant gradient. To first order the polarization rotation angle is equal to the normal Faraday term (Δ ∝ B_0λ~2) plus a term that is independent of the magnetic field and the wavelength.
