True Tail in a Newborn

摘要

Abstract:Human true tall is a rarely reported anomaly that may have a marked psychologic impact on the patient's family and may be associated with other congenital anomalies. A true tail in a newborn girl is reported, and findings from a review of the literature are summarized. The clinical and pathologic differential diagnoses are discussed, as they might affect the management and prognosis of this congenital malformation.
