The Treatment of Ichthyosis and Hyperkeratotic Conditions with Urea

SUMMARYFifty‐eight patients suffering from a variety of dermatoses were treated with 10 urea in a non‐greasy base. Excellent results were obtained in patients with ichthyosis and other hyperkeratotic conditions. In atopic dermatitis, disseminated neurodermatitis, hand dermatitis and seborrhœic dermatitis the results were only fair.
