Knapp AG, a global market leader in complete intralogistic solutions and automated warehouse systems, has developed the KiSoft WebEye audiovisual support system for use by service engineers during repair or maintenance visits. This system features a headset incorporating a see-through display and integrated camera to provide a live connection via the cloud between the on-site employee and experts back at the support centre. It uses the compact uEye XS industrial camera from IDS Imaging Development Systems.
