摘要

Submillimeter-wave propagation characteristics of a solid-state plasma imageguide consisting of a transversely magnetized p-InSb slab have been investigated theoretically and experimentally. The results indicate the possibility of applying this configuration to nonreciprocal devices in submillimeter frequency region.
