On October 25, 2021, the Canadian Border Services Agency made a preliminary determination of dumping in the case of OCTG from Austria. The normal value rates established indicated a dumping rate of 35.1 for Voestalpine Tubulars GmbH Co KG according to CBSA documents. VA Tubulars represented about 19 of total imports during the period of investigation.
