The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined in the 5-year sunset review in the cases against Korea, Mexico, and Turkey, that a revocation of the AD orders and CVD order would likely lead to a recurrance or continuation of material injury to a US industry. The orders remain in force. The US International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued final results of the AD administrative review in the cases against Mexico and Korea. The rates for certain producers in both countries have moved higher have been updated in the Trade Case Scoreboard (TCSB).
