The ISM will commence with an in-person trade show starting January 30,2022 after a digital show in 2020. Koeln Messe s safety and hygiene concept #B-SAFE4business and the 3G access control CH3CK, focus on the safety and health of customers first. The international community gathers at this show to discover trends, new products and updated perspectives. Exhibitors include manufacturers and distributors of cocoa, chocolate and chocolate products, biscuits, snack foods, sugar confectionery, ice cream and raw pastes. Buyers from the wholesale and retail sweets and snacks trade are die target visitors. Approximately 1,300 registered exhibitors from 65 countries will be exhibiting products.
