ExxonMobil, IPE Plastic Energy Sign MoU To Accelerate Plastic Recycling in Indonesia

Bali-ExxonMobil, Indomobil Prima Energi (IPE) and Plastic Energy have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to study the potential for large-scale implementation of advanced recycling technology in Indonesia. The advanced recycling capacity being assessed is expected to be 100,000 t/y, with the first phase starting up in 2025. No other details were disclosed.
