Research findings boost importance of Estrada-initiated carabao center

CABANATUAN CITY-Filipinos may not like the idea of sucking milk directly from female carabao's teats, but it has been found out that carabao's milk is even much better in quality than human milk. Hindu scientists posted recently in the Bawarchi Healthand Nutrition web page a research finding that carabao's milk, aside from its high biological value, is also a good anti-cancer supplement. Significantly, this new information validates former President Joseph Estrada's grand vision when he launched the Philippine Carabao Center's research program at the Central Luzon State University in the Science city of Munoz here a few years ago.
