1-way flow of hogs from llocos Region to Manila proposed

DAGUPAN CITY-A Pangasinan official has proposed a one-way flow of hogs from the llocos Region to Metro Manila to protect the their hog industry in the region from the dreaded foot-and-mouth disease (FMD). Saying that the province is still safe from FMD, ex-officio Provincial Board member Danilo Uy, president of the Pangasinan chapter of the Philippine Councilors League, declared there should be only one route of hogs on the meantime.
